DC Super-Pets is a series we added to the collection this year. The children just love them & we can't keep them on the shelf. Each super-pet is linked to a superhero. At the beginning of each book there is a two page spread telling you about the super-pet. The illustrations are colorful and fun. Frankly, Frannie by AJ Stern is an absolute fun read. It reminds me a little bit of Charlie & Lola. Frannie, the main character wants to be grown up and wants a job where she has a briefcase and business cards. The books are written using Frannie's voice and include some made up kid words.
